We talked, far too early, of winter

Sunset at 5 PM, it’s getting cold, fallen leaves at sidewalk, the trees are almost bare. I can hear the footsteps of winter drawing near. Still, now is far too early to talk of winter, says the flowers.

Viburnum farreri (Duftschneeball) has just started its flowering season.

Garden cosmos flower languages are persistent happiness, order, harmony, peace, tranquillity and love. Its neighbour Zinnia is carrying beautiful meanings like endurance, lasting friendship, remembrance. They are bright like a sun, please do not hurt them with the talk of winter.

This pastel purple colour periwinkle is still there although it is belongs to the spring. It is carrying the symbols of love, faithfulness and trust.

Red rose is the famous ambassador of love, this summer flower have not given up to bloom yet. “Can’t you see my new buds?” it says.

All in all
we talked
far too early
of winter
