Blackbird
Happiness is waken up by blackbird singing at dawn. The singing was so fascinating beautiful, I could not otherwise, but just listen to it for nearly an hour.
Meetings
After the blackbird concert, I needed to attend 2 meetings on this morning and I needed 3 big cups of coffee to keep me concentrate. The very last meeting that I have to attend in this job, as I stepped out the meeting room, the flowers is like a bright sun smiled at me.
Lieblich, Schmerzhaft, Süsslich
Lovely, painful, sweet is used to describe the second movement of J.S. Bach’s “Concerto for 2 Violins in D minor, BWV 1043”. After the meetings, I received phone calls to organise music for funerals. One family wish this Bach’s music piece. It is very nice to play music with two violinists and Bach! Check the link for music at the end of this post.
Recently, I received a thankyou card from a grieving family, he wrote:
“In der Musik liegt des Licht der Unsterblichkeit und Musik ist Ausdruck des Herzens.”
“In music lies the light of immortality and music is an expression of the heart.”
I ponder on this sentence again and again. What is immortal? Then I think about J.S. Bach’s Christmas Oratorio. Some music in his Christmas Oratorio was originally written for a queen for her birthday. I could imagine the queen was very important at that time, anyway, I have to google it to find out her name. I know about her because of I read something about J.S. Bach’s Christmas Oratorio.
The same composer, the same music, one have eternal value, the other one faded as time goes by. And it enlightened me about what should I after, I should after the things that have got eternal value.
E-Piano
While waiting for my friend to collect the E-Piano, I baked cake. Fresh and delicious cake, yummy! We discuss about a modern organ piece- light and darkness. Look at the score.
Strings Ensemble Rehearsal
After that, I have to hurry up for string ensemble rehearsal. After the rehearsal, I came home and it is so empty without my dining table and E-Piano.
Empty Room
I have done my part to clear the room. My Spinett can come now. Something new must take place now.
