I’m back from the trip to friends’ wedding. The wedding was very inspiring, loves were flowing everywhere. The reason we gathered there was to celebrate the love between the newly-wed. Love is a decision and they made the decision in front of us, what a privilege to have witnessed that. Besides, I saw what mother and father would do for their children, what friends would do for friends, what uncle and aunt would do for their niece and nephew, what cousin would do for cousin, what a congregation would do for their cantor and organist, how stranger become friends and etc.
I sincerely think, the wedding is heaven on earth, because an ancient song says:
“Ubi cáritas et amor, Deus ibi est.”
“Where there is charity and love, God is there.”
