Mission accomplished

“Before you move to Berlin for good, could you please come back and say good bye to us properly?” my adopted German family asked.
“Hä? When did I say I am moving to Berlin?” I asked.
But since she asked me the question, it could be an idea, to live in Berlin.
“Why don’t you ask me the question earlier? Now it is too late for me to look for an opportunity in Berlin, as I am leaving soon.”
“Whatever, just come back first!”

There is still no door opening at the moment, I am still curious about where will I be at the end of April, I am still open for various possibilities like move to Berlin. Anyway, step by step. Thanks God I have found my Spinett! It is built by a Belgian harpsichord builder Walter Maene. The mission of my journey accomplished.

My apartment is very small, I have to give away my E-piano and my dining table. Well, for important thing I must make room for it. It is an affirmation to invest in a good quality Spinett after attending Barock Festival concerts in Berlin. Sound quality could not be compromised.

What is next? The Good Friday and Easter programme, some tiny concerts to play. Enough to keep me busy until end of April.

PS I made some really nice Reels on Instagram about my journey, have a look and don’t be too shy to give me a like if you like them. Thank you!

Note:
On 24.2. I was in Dresden, a beautiful place once destroyed by the fire of World War 2. Therefore, I was especially devasted by the news that it is war again. We are furious, however, be aware of the using of language. I against violence, against war, against who initiated it, but not the citizens. You might blame them for supporting a dictator, but I read the news that more than 4,300 people arrested at anti-war protests across Russia.

Another question is, if cancelling Russian artist is the right target?
One should not remain silent, but one can choose which channel to voice out. Of course, no compromise if the art is used for war propaganda. But what if the art is a chance to bring people together and promote peace? When I go to a concert, the nationality of the artist is the least that I concern about. In an orchestra, musicians of all kind of nationality sitting next to each other and harmoniously play music together.

Ultimately, it is not the time for blaming game, but try to find a solution together. Everyone with their own creativity, ability, position and wisdom. This is only my little opinion according to my very limited experiences in music and politic.
