The best German sausage roll I’ve ever tried is Bratwurstkipferl in restaurant Historische Wurstkuchl, Regensburg. The restaurant serves sausage since 500 years and still using the cooking technique since then. How cool that I tasted exactly the same food as the Regensburg citizen 500 years ago! The 500 years old sausage roll with the view of the stone bridge, I think I was travelling to the past.
