Silence is the place
where the soul dares to say
what the mind may have been trying to talk us out of it for a long time.


My lent calendar says so. In order to be able to listen to my soul, I have to make sure I have a silent environment.

News from my house, the wall is repaired, it was damaged by the leaking porch.

Let this be the criteria for tonight’s lullaby, the most sublime lullaby ever composed in human history, sung by harpsichord. Ladies and gentleman, here comes “The Goldberg Variations”!
